          Sit Down Menu

      Our Sit Down Menu is the Same as we had at
      Karinya our Reception centre in Blackburn for
     23 years.
      We sold Karinya on the 15th January 2003.

  The Sit Down Menu has been perfected over the years.
      We are now very proud of our Sit Down Menu.
    
     For the Exclusive Wedding we can have
         ( in place of a smorgasbord style menu)

     - very elaborate Hot and Cold Savouries on Arrival
     - a choice of 2 in each of 3 Courses served Alternately
     - Tea Coffee and After dinner Mints.
